Class Summary

MMilieuNetDataCsvReader	Reader of milieu-specific parameters from a CSV file.
MMilieuNetDataReader	MoRe Retrieves milieu-specific (i.e. agent type specific) parameters from DB tables defined in MSqlPa.TBLNAME_NET_PREFS and MSqlPa.TBLNAME_NET_PREFS_LINKS for param ID MNetworkBuildingPa.MILIEU_NETPREFS_PARAMID and sets them at ParMa.
MMilieuNetLinkDataCsvReader	CSV file may not contain headers!
